Semashko National Research Institute of Public Health, Moscow, Russia15122023319619914102025Copyright © 2023,2023The preservation of the population, the health and well-being of people is one of the national development goals of the Russian Federation, the achievement of which is characterized, among other things, by the target indicator «Increasing life expectancy to 78 years». Indicators for achieving national development goals for this indicator are indicated in the unified plan for achieving the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024 and for the planning period up to 2030 and in the passport of the national project «Healthcare». In this study, the factors of the selection of indicators were determined and a comparative analysis of their values for the period 2012—2024 was carried out according to the algorithm developed during the study. Thus, a detailed analysis of the content of strategic documents according to the algorithm developed during the study allowed us to compare the target (planned) values indicated in the national project «Healthcare» and the unified plan for achieving the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024 and for the planned period up to 2030 with the actual values and the formed trend line for infant mortality, mortality from diseases of the circulatory system and mortality from neoplasms.
