The aim of the study was to find out the relationship between job satisfaction and performance of employees of pharmaceutical organizations, as well as the impact of participation in decision-making on employee satisfaction (SPSS). One of the results of the study is that there is a positive relationship between the environment in which pharmacy employees work and the percentage of their satisfaction with their work, and there is also a positive relationship between the salary and incentives that pharmacy employees receive and the degree of their satisfaction with their work. The study also showed that the level of satisfaction with the work of employees of pharmaceutical organizations increases and rises whenever superiors involve them in the development of policy, plans and decision-making. The study recommended the need to create a common work environment to act as a motivation for pharmacy employees to perform their jobs in an optimal manner and to work towards better salaries and incentives for pharmacy employees so that they can realize their aspirations and push them towards acceptance, thereby increasing productivity level.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>efficiency of pharmacy employees</kwd><kwd>work of pharmacies</kwd><kwd>pharmacy organizations</kwd><kwd>job satisfaction</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>эффективность работы сотрудников аптек, работа аптек, аптечные организации, удовлетворённость работой</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Filina I.
