В работе представлены данные, отражающие обзор теоретических и прикладных исследований по вопросам внедрения системы УЗ в организациях и влиянии организационной культуры на них. Отмечены особенности УЗ в организациях здравоохранения. Сделан вывод о том, что организационную культуру следует рассматривать как один из инструментов, который можно использовать для достижения организационных целей в области УЗ.
