The paper presents data reflecting an overview of theoretical and applied research on the implementation of a knowledge management system in organizations and the impact of organizational culture on them. The peculiarities of knowledge management in healthcare organizations are noted. It is concluded that organizational culture should be considered as one of the tools that can be used to achieve organizational goals in the field of knowledge management.
