Healthcare is currently one of the most intensively developing and promising professional fields in which there are features of the functioning of medical organizations due to industry affiliation. Despite these features, modern medical organizations are developing on the basis of management decisions aimed at sustainable strategic development and using traditional methods. The purpose of the work is to analyze the implementation of the principles of strategic management in the management of medical organizations. The study showed that the medical service sector is in a state of constant change in order to meet the evolution of medical services and public health goals.
