It is noted that healthcare is currently one of the most intensively developing and promising professional fields, in which there are features of the functioning of medical organizations due to industry affiliation. Healthcare delivery systems are an example of complex organizations operating at high rates in a dynamic policy and regulatory environment. Coordination and provision of safe and high-quality medical care requires reliable teamwork and interaction both inside and outside organizational, disciplinary, technical and cultural boundaries.
