Целью настоящего исследования являлась разработка психометрически обоснованных критериев оценки минимальных клинически значимых изменений (МКЗИ) в состоянии пациентов на основе модифицированного Гиссенского опросника соматических жалоб. Для оценки психометрических свойств опросника и разработки критериев определения МКЗИ использовали метрическую систему Раша и индекс минимальных определяемых изменений для 95% вероятности. Определены динамические критерии оценки МКЗИ в выраженности соматических симптомов при повторных обследованиях для каждой суммарной оценки по шкале. Каждой суммарной оценке соответствует свой статистический шаг, отражающий МКЗИ, который составляет 6—23 балла.
