We also analyzed the data of the regional segments of the Federal Register on the number of patients with the most expensive diseases from those presented in the leading regions in terms of the number of patients included in the regional segment of the Federal Register. At the same time, the data of the regional segments of the Federal Register on the number of patients with the most expensive diseases in the subjects with the smallest number of such patients are presented. Based on the analysis, the subjects of the Russian Federation were identified, in which the level of provision of patients with rare life-threatening diseases with drugs in 2020 was 65% and above. Also in this article are the subjects of the Russian Federation, in which the level of provision of patients with rare life-threatening diseases with drugs in 2020 was 50% or lower. Finally, the availability of medicines for patients with certain rare life-threatening diseases was established as a proportion of patients receiving medicines from the number included in the corresponding register.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>rare diseases</kwd><kwd>orphan drugs</kwd><kwd>drug supply</kwd><kwd>healthcare</kwd><kwd>financing</kwd><kwd>federalization</kwd><kwd>budget</kwd><kwd>regions of the Russian Federation</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>здравоохранение</kwd><kwd>редкие болезни</kwd><kwd>лекарственное обеспечение</kwd><kwd>орфанные лекарственные препараты</kwd><kwd>бюджет</kwd><kwd>регионы РФ</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Соколов А.
