The volume of purchases in value terms (at the winner's price) fell by 7% from 366 to 340 bil. rubles. The number of announced auctions reduced by 8% (Tables 1, 2, Figures 1, 2). At the same time, the share of completed auctions slightly increased from 85.3 to 87.1% as compared to 2016 (Figure 3).
