Officials of regulatory bodies, public health organizers, economists, physicians, specialists and drug circulation experts offer different ways to solve the issue. One of them is to introduce a partial or full reimbursement system of charges for drugs when they are purchased in a pharmacy. This system is also notionally named as the “drug insurance” system aimed at providing the citizens with an opportunity to receive drugs free of charge or with a significant discount during outpatient treatment, which would guarantee them adequate and effective treatment.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>drugs</kwd><kwd>insurance reimbursement</kwd><kwd>reference prices</kwd><kwd>drug coverage</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>лекарственные средства</kwd><kwd>страховое возмещение</kwd><kwd>референтные цены</kwd><kwd>лекарственное обеспечение</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back/></article>
