One of the main programs of preferential drug provision is the High-cost Nosologies program, funded by the federal budget. The purpose of the work was to study regional implementations of this program in 21 constituent entities of the Russian Federation for the period from 2018 to 2019. On the basis of a comparative analysis of the performance indicators of the program, differences were revealed in the amount of funding, average medicine costs, as well as actual costs per 1 beneficiary.
